This guide details the step-by-step process to sign up for an APCOA Flow account, including opening the app, selecting "Sign Up," entering phone number and verification code, providing email, creating a password, agreeing to the terms & conditions, entering personal and vehicle details, optionally setting auto-deletion for the vehicle, and adding payment information or using Apple Pay.
Step 1 - Open APCOA Flow and select "Get Started" as highlighted below |
Step 2 - Select the "Sign Up" Option highlighted below |
Step 3 - Enter your phone number in the box below and select "Next" |
Step 4 - You will receive a code sent to your phone. Please input this into the box highlighted |
Step 5 - Now, enter your email address into the box below and then select "Next" |
Step 6 - Create your password by entering it into the two boxes highlighted and then select "Save" |
Step 7 - Review the Terms & Conditions and select the box higlighted yellow to agree to them. |
Step 8 - To finalise your account details, select "Next" highlighted below, otherwise select "Not now" |
Step 9 - Enter your Name and Surname into the highlighted boxes and select "Save" |
Step 10 - Now, enter your vehicle registration number into the box highlighted below and then select "Save" There is an option to give your vehicle a nickname (Optional) |
Step 11 - (Optional) If "Enable auto-deletion" is selected within the previous step - You can select the date the vehicle will be deleted from your account as shown below, once the date has been inputted, select "Save" |
Step 12 - Enter your payment details into the required boxes below and select "Add", alternatively you can add your payment details via Apple pay below.
